This year our annual charity event is on Thursday 16^th October 2025 at Tenpin York, Clifton Moor. We are proudly raising funds for Martin House Children’s Hospice, a remarkable charity who provide family-led hospice care free of charge for children and young people with life-limiting illnesses.

Join the Evening

Could your team benefit from a fun night out, some informal teambuilding and networking, all while supporting a worthy cause? Then mark your calendars for Thursday 16^th October, at Tenpin York for our 28th Annual Fundraiser. All proceeds raised will be donated to Candlelighters. Over the past 28 years, your generosity has helped us raise over £77,000 for local charities!

We invite you to enter a team of 4 for an evening that’s always a hit among local businesses. If you are unable to enter a team, individual entries are welcome at £25 per person.

Details of the evening are as follows:

When: Thursday 16th October 2025
Where: York Tenpin, Clifton Moor, York, YO30 4WZ
Time: Arrival from 6:00pm
- First game starts at 6:30pm (to give you time to grab a drink, try your luck on the tombola, raffle and fundraising competitions)
- Enjoy two games of bowling with a break in between
- Approximate finish: 9:30pm, following the raffle and winners’ presentation
Entry:
- £25 per person (we’ll match you with a friendly team!)
- £75 per team of 3
Food: food is available for purchase at the event venue

The Charity Raffle

Help us support Martin House by participating in our charity raffle! Raffle tickets are available for just £1.00 each, with the chance to win amazing prizes generously donated by local businesses.

Tickets are £1.00 each, or you can buy a book of 5 for £5.00. Raffle tickets will also be on sale during the event, with the prize draw taking place at approximately 9pm on 16^th October. All winners will be notified.
